We hope you love your Heather Anne Home Fragrance products, but if something isn’t quite right we’re here to help.
Due to the nature of our handmade home fragrance products, we can not accept returns on used items. Items must bee unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return an unused item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned within 7 days of approval and must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
Please note:
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage
• We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Where appropriate we may offer a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on:
• Used or opened products
• Sale items
• Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
