How do I create an account?
Ready to join the club?! To create an account, click the person icon at the top right of your screen, next to the basket. To register, you will need to provide a valid email address and a secure, memorable password.
I have forgotten my password
Not to worry, click on ‘forgotten password’ on the log-in page. You will be emailed a link to reset your password. Check your junk/spam folder too, just in case!
How do I amend an order?
We are unable to amend an order once it has been placed. This includes grouping two or more orders together and amending the items in your order. To cancel your current order so that you can place a new one please contact Heather Anne.
I haven't received my order?
All items are shipped using tracked delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived and it has been over 10 working days, please contact Heather Anne.
My order is damaged or incorrect
If your order has arrived damaged, is missing items or is incorrect, please contact Heather Anne as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damage.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
What does designer inspired mean?
It means the scent is inspired by a popular and well known designer fragrance. We aim to match the scent as closely as possible, but they will never be identical. Please note Heather Anne Home Fragrance is is no way affiliated with the designer fragrance, our scents simply smell similar to the fragrance.
Where do you get your inspiration?
Living in the Lake District provides me with an endless source of inspiration. From woodland walks, to crisp winter mornings, cocktails with friends and garden walks with Mum. There's inspiration in everything.
